This is another critique that isn't. This is a fabulous shot. So let's learn from it.
- The lighting is nice. It has a gentle dance of light and shadow. Nothing seriously distracts your eye from where it shouldn't be.
- Well places accent lighting to almost humanize the car. It makes me think twice about going out into the woods at dusk.
- It tells a story with strong composition. Your eye goes right to the open "mouth" then starts to take in the other bits of the scene.
- Nothing about this is even or straight. The car is at a kilter (tilted) which adds to the drama of the image.
